HI-Minnesota has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for these web sites:

On-line registration and merchandise ordering is provided through Active.com.  They host the registration system, ordering system, and order data. Please see the Active.com Privacy Policy for more information about how Active.com uses information provided. Each visitor's IP address may be used to gather broad demographic information.

This site contains links to other sites. This web site is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and register for bicycle rides. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address), financial information (like their account or credit card numbers), and demographic information (like their zip code or age). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.

Children's Guidelines

This site is not intended for use by minors. According to answers provided to TRUSTe Privacy Policy questionnaire, this Web site meets the guidelines of TRUSTe's Children's program.
